At IPHONESPREOWNED.CO.ZA we understand that sometimes our customers change their mind and need to return their handset and that is why we offer a 14 day change of mind returns period, which is extended to 30 days in the rare event that a handset develops a fault through no fault of your own for all of our retail handsets, please read the overview below to understand our returns process.

Returns Process

1.       Ensure that the handset (s) is in exactly the same condition as it was when received and that it has not been damaged whilst in your care.

2.       Please contact us to request a returns number.

3.       Backup all the data from your handset, then factory reset and wipe your handset

IMPORTANT

Please Ensure You Remove Any Security Locks – Returns Will Not Be Process If Your Device Is Locked

4.       Fill out the returns contact form and send with your handset – please note that failure to provide the full information on your returns form will result in a delay in processing your return.

5.       Carefully package your item including all accessories originally received and send it to the address which you will receive an email once you contact us

6.       Send via a secure tracked and insured service – please note that the item is your responsibility until it is safely received at our warehouse.

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 days and delivery confirmed by tracking number .

Return and Refunds policy.

The provision of goods and services by M Way Suppliers (PTY LTD) is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, M Way Suppliers (PTY LTD) will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 5 % administration fee.

Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for iPhones Preowned SA via Yoco (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. Yoco uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to Yoco to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by iPhones Preowned SA separately from card details which are entered by the client on Yoco secure site. For more detail on Yoco

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility

iPhones Preowned SA takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and iPhones Preowned SA chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature

Variation

iPhones Preowned SA may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
